Our diamonds and gemstones too are completely original and certified. We have the SGL diamond certification to authenticate our diamonds. Furthermore, GoldHartz is an all-inclusive Hallmarked jewellery Brand.

No, there are no additional or hidden costs. Only 3% GST, which is already added to the price of the jewellery that you see on the website.
2. What is the mode of payments you offer?
We have 3 modes of payment at the moment – UPI, Net banking and debit/ credit Card payment. The cash on delivery and card on delivery option is available at select locations only.

4. What is the price of the Enhanced Warranty?
The price of the plan will vary depending on the product you choose. You’ll find the exact price for this service in the ‘Add-ons’ section of a product page.
5. What are the advantages of the Enhanced Warranty Plan over Lifetime Warranty?
With Lifetime Warranty, you get basic jewelry maintenance services. On the other hand, the Enhanced Warranty Plan is more extensive and covers several other wear and tear issues that are not included in the Lifetime Warranty.
6.What services are not included in Lifetime Warranty?
Maintenance, repair, sizing, or any other service performed by a jeweler or third party other than GoldHartz will void your Manufacturer’s Warranty. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of gemstones, or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that will not be considered manufacturing defects include:
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work. Bent, caught, or worn out prong(s) allowing a gemstone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. Lost gemstone or a gemstone falling out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
